I notice a translation that is not totally correct in this video. After the Spanish part, the moderator/female voice over says "...without frontiers", at approximately :19 in this video, as that is what was said, transliterally, in Spanish moments before. However, we do not say "without frontiers" in English; Instead, it should have been translated as "...without borders" in English. Hi, I'm Perry and I'm a Polyglot.

I have been dealing with your customer service center for two months to change an error on my reservation and I have been laughed at, hung up on and worse by multiple agents over over 30 hours of communication with them. My flight leaves Monday and all I’m told is to wait and create more tickets which nobody ever responds to. I do not know what else to do anymore at this point. My name is Lissette Villalobos. I am contacting you to make a formal complaint about a terrible experience and a poor service that I had with your company at the Airport of Recife (Brazil). My trip was March 2nd, 2023: Recife - Rio de Janeiro Rio de Janeiro - São Paulo São Paulo - Frankfurt I arrive at the Guararapes airport (Recife) 3 hours before departure, and more than 2 hours in advance at the gate. The flight (LA 3763) at 12:30 P.M. was delayed, in a departure from the Recife airport. It is important to mention that this airport is under expansion (construction) which was overcrowded and made chaotic queues, generating a lot of confusion. I was all the time in front of Gate 7, nevertheless, it was announced that the flight was delayed 20 minutes. A few minutes later, I heard my name, then I proceeded to the counter, my ticket was checked but as soon as I got to the aircraft, the door was closing right into my face. This was the beginning of my nightmare. My final destination was Dublin, and my flight to Europe departed only at 11 P.M. Nonetheless, even trying to solve this terrible situation, I spoke with 3 different assistant agents, and they said that this situation would be easily solved. But the final decision was from Supervisor Seline that was uncompromising. Since my flight from Sao Paulo departured only at 11 P.M., on this same day I had the chance to fly over Guarulhos airport (São Paulo) twice from Recife. I even offered to pay for this separated flight in order to not miss the flight to Europe but no negotiation was open from the supervisor. I spent 5 hours trying to deal with this situation, and another supervisor even said that I could get into the next flight to Sao Paulo without cost but as soon as she knew that Seline said no, then she stepped back and told me that she could not trespass Seline’s decision. I had to show up at work two days from this event, therefore I had to travel anyway on this same day, resulting that I had to buy a new ticket, but this time I did with TAP airline. It was extremely frustrating knowing that the situation could have been solved but the unprofessional attitude adopted by the supervisor (Seline) compromised the image of the company. Multiple LATAM employees mentioned that it was easily solved but none of them had the guts to overcome Seline’s decision. I would kindly request a compensation from Latam company since a had an extra cost of EUR 1,249 Please let me know if any other information is required in order to proceed with this investigation.
